Communication

Provides SMTP link to the Outlook or any other email client to exchange mails and send alerts on status movements. The addressees can be precisely defined and mails or alerts will NOT be sent to the irrelevant group with respect to that issue.

Role based access

Each work group will have a defined access privilege (read or write or execute or in combination) and they can not access into otherÕs region or will not have the rights to perform other's activities.

Reports

Standard reports are available to monitor the Productivity of the each team and current status of the project. Work allocation reports, Resource utilization reports, Test case Execution Status reports, Defect Status report are a few standard Reports. In addition to this we can design your own reports. Reports can be viewed diagrammatically in graphs, all report can be drilled down to see the component details into it.
